SalesFlow Privacy Policy

Information processed

When you use SalesFlow, it can read IndiaMART lead cards and buyer contact dialogs available to your signed-in seller account. Records may contain buyer names, company names, telephone/WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, addresses, GST details, location, requested products, quantities, requirements, verification signals, and enquiry timestamps. Availability depends on IndiaMART.

SalesFlow reads IndiaMART session cookies and seller identifiers to detect login status. It also processes your settings, keywords, notes, automation state, counters, and activity logs. It does not ask you to enter your IndiaMART password into the extension.

Use and storage

SalesFlow uses this information to apply your filters, perform enabled automation, detect duplicates, display lead records, and report automation/session status. It stores lead records and logs in local IndexedDB and settings/session state in chrome.storage.local in your Chrome profile. It does not provide cloud backup or synchronization to SynapseTech servers.

When enabled, automation can invoke IndiaMART’s Contact Buyer Now action and refresh the Buy Leads page. These actions interact with IndiaMART using your account and may consume account entitlements. You can pause or stop automation from the popup.

Network services and disclosure

SalesFlow makes authenticated requests to IndiaMART to check session status and interacts with IndiaMART pages as described above. IndiaMART receives these requests under its own privacy practices. The extension’s popup and dashboard request interface fonts from Google Fonts; those requests expose ordinary network metadata such as your IP address to Google.

The current extension does not upload buyer records or cookie values to a SynapseTech server and contains no advertising or analytics integration. SynapseTech does not sell extension data or use it for advertising or creditworthiness decisions. Use of information is limited to providing the stated user-facing lead management features.

If you separately contact support and provide diagnostic information, that information is provided by you outside the extension. Do not include passwords, session cookies, or unnecessary buyer details in support requests.

Retention and control

Local records remain in your Chrome profile until removed or the extension is uninstalled. Uninstalling SalesFlow removes its extension-local storage. Local storage is not a cloud backup. Chrome profile/device access can expose locally stored records, so protect your device and profile. Disabling the extension stops it running but does not delete its stored records.

Changes

This policy will be updated when SalesFlow’s data practices change. The published policy will show its effective date.
